   It is an old building (built of stones), located in the center of Saint Spyridon Village, offered by the families of KALAGIA Marika, FYGETAKIS Nikolaos and KOKKINAKIS Nikolaos. It was renovated and altered into a traditional house with antique furniture but modern facilities. It is fully equipped of with electric devices, air-conditioner, bath solar and electrical water heater, Washing machine, fridge, ceramic cooker , fireplace, cable TV, Internet Wi-Fi and many more. It can host a family or a company of friends.

A recently restored traditional, over 100 year old stone house in a small mountain village of Agios Spyridon originally in the east of Crete is ideal for relaxing, a peaceful holiday. The 5 rooms are all in a row. From the entrance you enter the dining area, a corner of the brick has two sitting and sleeping benches. From there date lead brick arches in the kitchen and then into the living area. This is followed in a modern bathroom and a bedroom in which a replica stands in the traditional way, loft bed. In front of the entrance and located in East Richtiung spacious terrace with chairs on which you are welcome to breakfast the sun and the hot afternoon in the shade. The house is set in a small mountain village with about 50 inhabitants, located about 20 minutes from Sitia, which has all the shops, many tavernas, a beautiful beach promenade and medical care and an urban beach.
